Agile Project Management

About The Course

Agile software development refers to a group of software development methodologies based on iterative development, where requirements and solutions progress through teamwork between self-organizing and cross-functional teams.

It provides opportunities to assess the direction of a project throughout the development lifecycle. This is achieved through regular work, known as sprints or iterations, at the end of which teams must present a possibly shippable product.

In a recent study, it was found that 77% companies plan to increase production through the adoption of agile research methods. It also allows an organization to stay ahead in competition and at the same time take care of the needs of the business.
