As big data is transforming the way of storing, processing and accessing data, so to avoid uncoordinated data security policies and security chaos Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) need to develop and manage an enterprise data security policy which will define data residency requirements, business needs, stakeholder responsibilities, data process needs and security controls.
