A U.S. regional bank while reducing its staff and technology cost wanted to see how it could maintain its collection rate. A consultancy based in Chicago and Bangalore analyzed the actions of a U.S. regional bank such as calls, mailers and IVRs and concluded that the bank was overspending.  The bank was thus able to reduce costs by a million $.
