Achieving a Continuous Improvement Culture

The reason behind continuous increase in efficiency and productivity for some businesses is their clear focus on a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In majority of the cases, the reasons behind weak process culture are- lack of staff management, little or no collaboration among employees along with low morale, and unhelpful business process documentation.
