Use of social media is becoming important, but the question is how exactly it is being utilized to optimal effect in criminal investigations. It looks at current Law Enforcement practices and processes. This changed the landscape over the last few years. According to a study, there are more than 8200 likes on an average in any Police department's Facebook page which helps the officers to connect with the community.
