Trap of Social Media

Social media is a facilitator that we employ to engage in conversation with people who are around us, and to discover new connections. But it also an addiction. Social media often leads to unhealthy comparison, amplification of narcissistic tendencies and the blockage of honest and genuine communication. It not only can be a time killing thing, but it reinforces our need to put ourselves in a log.
