·         Increasing the level of multitasking exponentially.

·         Behavior- oriented management; Foggy goals.

·          Making decisions without consulting teams.

·         Only efficiency focused mind set.

·          Centralize control.

·          No visualization.

·          Lack of team building activities.

·          No environment to ensure safe failure.

Avoid these Mistakes in Analytics
